Local Everyday Wellbeing Issues
- Spend too much time looking at personal screens at work/uni and at home - lose social connection, bad for posture, bad for eye sight.
- Due to living in urban environments we don't have as much motivation or space for excersise, resort to paying for an artificial gym environment or not excersising at all, both not as good for wellbeing as being out in natrue.
- Sleeping patterns, irregualr work hours means for many people it is hard to have regular sleeping patterns. Laptops in bed keep is up for longer, blue light for computer and phone screens is proven to keep us awake.
