The evolution of the apps style

Throughout the design process of the app we made sure that it was visually cohesive with the R&R space so that their was a clear link between the two. The visuals and usability of the app started out very simple but created a solid ground for us to take the design further. The fun, colourful and creative patterns in the space were a challenge to incorporate into the app without making it look clunky and old fashioned. Once we were happy with our visual style we worked on making the app user friendly.
